to the group. It is tough to deal with stuttering even with NLP. However, what
if you ask yourself a simple question: Why I believe that my speech in front of
people should be different from the way I speak when I am alone? Then you see it
is no longer a question of stuttering. It is a question of perceptions and
beliefs. Don't focus on stuttering, start with beliefs and perceptions. Keep
asking yourself this very question - what exactly do I do inside my head to make
my speaking to people be different from my speaking to myself. And go from

”It is a question of perceptions and beliefs.” belief = tro, övertygelse. ”perception” = förnimmelse, iakttagelseförmåga, uppfattning. Vad är det jag gör, när jag stammar? Det måste jag själv komma till klarhet med. Läs i böcker. Fråga till höger och vänster om det behövs. Begrunda svaren du får. ”Själv är bästa dräng!” (:-)
