Even when working with a coach, it is you who does the work. A coach can guide you, however, it is your internal and external journey. People who know they are the ones who make the change are more likely to succeed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2636\">2) Focus on the source of the problem, not the symptom &#8211; in case of stuttering &#8211; mental processes that create blocking, not blocks themselves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2652\">3) Looking for possibilities not obstacles. Those who look for\u00a0 people who achieved freedom and flow and who collect evidence that it is possible are more likely to succeed then those who look for possible difficulties and evidence that they may fail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2754\">4) Curiosity and focus on self-growth rather then simply &#8221;fixing&#8221; a problem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2753\">5) Desire to learn how their mind operates &#8211; figure out how they create their responses, how they think.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2762\">6) Relentlessness &#8211; firmly believing that their brain can learn new ways and refusing to give up.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2790\">7) Optimism &#8211; noticing successes and refusing to dwell on failures. Seeing failures as stepping stones to success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv2872725500yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505856253888_2805\">Anna<\/p>\n<p>Bra p\u00e5pekat Anna!
