I also got this technique from John during a skype session!  I\u2019d really recommend it to everyone \u2013 the results are impressive and encouraging because you really see a change very quickly \u2013 it\u2019s not something that you have to practise for a long time before you see any changes.  The main barrier I had to overcome was a natural tendency to speak quietly and feeling uncomfortable that, if I held back, it would be even more obvious because of the increased volume I was using.  But in fact the tendency to hold back is much less when speaking louder.  Now I am also working on having fun while speaking!<br \/>\nSue<\/p>\n<p>Jag kan inst\u00e4mma i ovanst\u00e5ende. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r ta det lite tid av tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att \u00f6vertyga sig om att den eller de som lyssnar till ens tal \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att r\u00f6ststyrkan inte l\u00e5ter skrikig. R\u00f6sten blir bara stabilare och klarare.
