It kind of seems like NLP and NS work best after already expanding the comfort zones, <em><strong>Bra att veta. Och man kan sj\u00e4lv testa om det st\u00e4mmer. &#8211; <\/strong><\/em>making the hexagon more positive, and doing a lot of self observation to figure things out. <em><strong>&#8211; Mycket bra pedagogisk inst\u00e4llning. N\u00e5got att ta efter tycker jag. &#8211;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0It seems like once someone already has freedom of speech in most situations and they&#8217;ve narrowed it down to certain situations <em><strong>&#8211; Det att TR\u00c4NA hela tiden mellan varven. Whenever I did talk I would talk really quietly and with barely any vocal variation.<strong> &#8211;<\/strong> <em><strong>D\u00e5 l\u00e4t talet ganska tyst och monotont &#8211; <\/strong><\/em>Now I realized that stuttering isn&#8217;t really a big deal, so I started talking more now, and louder, and more expressively. I can just tell people I have a stuttering problem, and laugh about it. <em><strong>&#8211; S\u00e5 bra! Om man kan skratta \u00e5t att man stammar och v\u00e5gar tala om det f\u00f6r omgivningen &#8211;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0I know that I can and will eventually overcome my &#8221;holding back in speech&#8221; problem, but I&#8217;m not in a rush to, and understand it will take time. I used to always think everyone is judging me and my speech, but the truth is people are probably more focused their own problems. I also used to always think of stuttering as part of my identity, and I thought of myself as a stutterer. Now I realized its just a way of speaking, and a bunch of different problems that cause me to hold back my speech, not who I am. I&#8217;ve also become more assertive, and generally just less held back as a person. <strong>&#8211; <\/strong><em><strong>S\u00e5 bra sagt! Det har vi gjort i TALAkademin d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0which is pretty much all public speaking, and a Toastmasters for teens class, since you have to be 18 to do regular Toastmasters. <em><strong>&#8211; Ja,<\/strong><strong> tr\u00e4nat muntlig framst\u00e4llning. Det g\u00f6r vi &#8211; och har vi\u00a0st\u00e4ndigt gjort\u00a0i TALAkademin.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0I&#8217;m already nervous though imagining myself standing in front of all those people trying to talk, and not being able to say anything, with all the other people in my class all uncomfortable an not even sure what to say, and then my teacher kicking me out of the class and saying &#8221;why would you do the one class that&#8217;s all speaking if you have a stuttering problem, <em><strong>Ja, s\u00e5 olyckligt kan man t\u00e4nka.
